Sharon Miles Bryant

Sharon Arlyne Wolke Miles Bryant passed away on May 24th, 2022, in Springville Utah. Sharon was born on May 14th, 1941, in Cook County Chicago lL. She married Roger Miles in 1959 and together they had five children. They later divorced, and she moved with her five children to Utah to start a new life. Sharon worked most of her career at The Utah State Hospital in Provo Utah. Her daughter Cindy introduced her to John Richard Bryant Sr. her coworker at Signetics and they fell in love and were married in 1985, giving them nine children together to enjoy and love. They loved taking road trips and camping until John's passing on June 16th, 2007. Sharon then moved to Mapleton to be with her family that loved her quick wit and stories of the past.

Sharon is survived by her brother Hank Wolke, children Cindy Lott of Mapleton, Julie (Larry) Shaw of Orem, Chris (Dorthea) Miles of Lehi, Jodie (Johnny) Bryant of Mapleton, and Stepchildren Debbie Stickney of Springville, Johnny (Jodie) Bryant of Mapleton, Cathy (Arlee) Taylor of Springville, Kerri Roberts of Springville, plus many Grandkids & Great Grandkids that called her Grandma Candy.

She was preceded in death by her husband John, daughter Cheryl Childress and many brothers and sisters.

There will be a viewing held for family and friends on Monday, June 6, 2022 at Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State Street in Orem from 9:00-10:30 am followed by a Graveside service beginning at 11:00 am at the Orem City Cemetery, 1520 North 800 East, Orem, Utah.
