Timothy Walter Jex

Timothy Walter Jex, 57, of Provo, Utah, returned home to his loving Father in heaven on September 23rd, due to an unforeseen medical accident. He will be greeted in heaven by his Mother, Susan Jex, and his childhood dog Snoop. Tim was born on April 19th, 1966, in Spanish Fork, Utah, to Walter Kirwan Jex and Susan Snedeger Jex.

Tim was a kind and caring person who loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved volunteering to help those around him. Tim loved crocheting ever since his grandma taught him how as a young boy. He crocheted 86 blankets to give to those he loved and those around him experiencing hard times. Tim enjoyed long bike rides, attending church, and helping his daughter and son-in-law plant vegetables at their Farm. He always remembered to send each family member a birthday card every year. He will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts.

Timothy is survived by his Daughter Jessica Jex Carter, Son-in-law Kelly Carter, Daughter Amanda Powell, Son-in-law Taylor Powell, Daughter Cassandra Dennis, Son-in-law Jordan Dennis, and Son Nicholas McBee. Grandkids Jocylin Dennis, Joshua Dennis, Charley Dennis, Magnus Dennis, Zoey Powell, and Adelyn Powell. Father Walter Jex, Brother Todd Jex, Sister-in-law Sharlyn Jex, Sister Hope Jex, Brother Tyler Jex, Sister-in-law Kathryn Jex. Nieces and Nephews: Andrew Johnson, Aubrey Johnson, Ammon Johnson, Anthony Johnson, August Johnson, Abraham Johnson, Athan Johnson, Zachary Johnson, Asay Jex, Lance Jex, Dawn Jex, Savannah Jex, Isaac Jex, Natalee Jex, Eli Jex, Enoch Jex, Owen Jex.

We would love you to come and honor his life at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 610 W 300 S, Provo, UT 84601 on October 6th, 2023, from 2 p.m. to  5 p.m. There will be a memorial service and luncheon for family and friends. If Tim made you a blanket, please bring it to the memorial service.
