Lisa Hunsaker

Lisa Elaine Hansen Hunsaker passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, August 11, 2018 of complications from a lingering illness. She was born April 3, 1962 in Provo, Utah to David and Darlene Borget. She was the third child and first daughter born to her parents which soon included four additional brothers and one sister.

Lisa will be remembered for her loving and gentle spirit. Her legacy is her devotion to her children and granddaughter despite her earthly limitations. She faced each day with faith and optimism knowing that families are eternal. Her family was her everything.

Lisa married Kelly G. Hansen in the Jordan River Temple, June 1986. They have three children, Kira Morris (James), Spanish Fork; K.C. Hansen, Provo; Kaia Hansen, PA and one granddaughter Olivia Morris. Kelly passed away in 2004. Lisa found love for a second time and married Cliff Hunsaker in 2005. Her dream of more children came true as he brought with him four more children for Lisa to love. Taylor Hunsaker, Logan; Timothy, Shareen, and Larissa Hunsaker, all of Highland.

Lisa is also survived by her parents David and Darlene Borget, Orem; siblings John (Laura), Provo; Steve (Jeanne), Highland; Jim (Nadine), CO; Richard (Lori) Springville, Rod (Maudie), St. George, Marci Morgan (Dave), Las Vegas; and Matt (Jackie), Highland. Lisa has many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

A viewing will be held Monday August 13, 2018 from 6-8 PM at the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary 495 South State St. Orem. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2018, at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 10390 North Alpine Hwy in Highland.
