In Loving Memory of Linda Lucille Golightly

Linda Golightly, 58, of Orem, Utah, passed away peacefully on September 12th, 2026 surrounded by family, after a life filled with love, kindness, family, and adventure.

Born on April 10th 1968 in Provo Utah, Linda was the beloved daughter of Willard Boyd Adamson, and Jessie Lucille Adamson, and a sister to Jeffery Lynn Adamson and Micheal Boyd Adamson. Throughout her life, she was known for her kindness, generosity, strength, and her impeccable love for her family.

Linda dedicated much of her life to her family and those close to her. She also worked as a dedicated LPN Nurse for 30+ years, where she took great pride in helping those who needed it while making exceptional relationships with all her patients and coworkers. Her career was an important part of her life, but those who knew her best will remember her most for the person she was beyond her work.

Linda found immense joy in camping, hunting, fishing, long drives in the canyon, crocheting and spending time with those whom she loved most. She especially cherished spending time with her kids and her grandkids. Above all, she treasured the time spent doing all the things she loved surrounded by people she loved.

Beyond the roles she held in life, Linda will be remembered most for the love, kindness, and warmth she shared with others. She had a way of making people feel valued and cared for, whether through a simple conversation, a helping hand, or a moment of laughter. The memories created with Linda will remain a lasting reminder of the beautiful life she lived and the lasting impact she had on the people around her.

Linda is survived by her spouse: John. Her two children: Amanda Golightly and Jessica (Colby) Evans, and her 3 grandchildren, Bailee, Bentley and Jace. Along with her brother: Jeff (Darla) Adamson. And her beloved dog Sasha, aka Squashie.

Linda is preceded in death by her father and mother: Boyd and Lucille Adamson. As well as her brother: Mike Adamson.

In lieu of a service, flowers or cards are welcomed. A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
