Linda Coleen Bone Garlick

Our sweet Mother, Linda Coleen Bone Garlick, age 77, of Orem, Utah, passed away on May 3, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 6, 1948, in Lehi, Utah to Thaddeus and Edna Bone.

Linda grew up in Pleasant Grove and graduated from Pleasant Grove high school. While in high school she participated in Pep Club, debate and year book. She then went on to Utah Technical College earning a Masters degree of Electronic Engineering.

She was the most loving mother who would do anything for her children. Linda was an amazing seamstress and cook. She could build and fix anything. She loved to garden and to read. She was very creative and could do anything she put her mind to. Above all, she was an amazing mother who always put her children first. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

Remaining to cherish her memory are her children, Jason (Kay) Garlick, Janalyn Zabriskie, Jaime (Keith) Oldham, Thad (Pamela) Garlick, and Gina Garlick; grandchildren; Tanner (Kathleen) Garlick, Skyler (Kira) Zabriskie, Shannon (Aaron) Bradley, Devon Zabriskie, Gabriel (Rachel) Zabriskie, Ethan Garlick, Giselle Zabriskie, Austin (Kaarina) Garlick, Aspen Garlick, River Zabriskie, Kiana Oldham, Siena Garlick, Kota Oldham, Tessa Garlick, and Leila Garlick; 8 great grandchildren; and her brother, Larry (Toni) Bone.

Preceding Linda in death are her parents, Edna Johansen Bone and Thaddeus Bone; her sisters, Kay Howes and Sandra Kroll; and her fiancé Ray Janssen.

A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 7, at the Highland Cemetery for immediate family only.
