Leda Ann Webb Bussio died on January 19, 2026, in Provo, Utah. She was 90. Leda was born on December 3, 1935, in Lehi, Utah, to her parents, Alta and Ivan Webb. She helped her family around the farm and enjoyed working in the yard. Leda worked at the church office building prior to being married to her sweetheart, Emilio Bussio, on May 26, 1961, in the Salt Lake City Temple. He preceded her in death on June 13, 2022.
Leda was a fantastic seamstress, and her children and grandchildren wore her creations proudly. She rarely drank anything other than Cherry Coke, and she loved eating anything sweet, from candy to baked goods. Leda was an excellent baker and loved baking with her grandchildren, and always had a dog by her side. She was an avid walker and would walk what seemed like miles per day, sometimes dragging grandchildren along with the promise of a stop at a bakery or candy shop. Leda made people her friends with her wisecracks and jokes. She always made people smile and laugh, even in her final days.
Leda is survived by her 5 children: Bonnie Schrader, Linda (Jay) Boyer, Joe (Kara) Bussio, Larry (Sandy) Bussio, and Wendy (Troy) Hughes; her brother Ken (Diana). She is preceded in death by her brothers, Dale and Sherman (Sheila) Webb, and son-in-law John Schrader. Her legacy will live on through her 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, who will continue baking her chocolate cake, ginger snaps, and pizzelle cookies. The family would like to thank Legacy Village of Provo, Renew Home Health, and the staff at Utah Valley Hospital and Intermountain Homecare and Hospice for taking great care of her.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Wheeler & Sundberg-Olpin Funeral Homes, 495 South State Street, Orem, Utah.
