Jay Wayne Burr

Jay W. Burr (79) of Provo, UT, passed away on August 11, 2023. He was born on November 30, 1943, in Provo, UT. Jay was a proud father, a dog lover, an adventurer, and a schemer. If you received a gift from Jay, you knew it would be memorable.

 Jay is survived by his daughter Dani Burr, his sisters Barbara Burr Hatch and Eileen Burr, and his brother Robert Burr. He was preceded in death by his mother Myrth Burr and his father Dick W. Burr.

 Throughout his career, Jay built a successful and trusted physical therapy practice. He was also a proud Air Force veteran who served in Korea.

 Outside of work, Jay was an adventurous Porsche owner and racer. He enjoyed traveling and was a regular attendee of the Buffalo Roundup in Custer State Park.

 Intimate graveside services were held at Orem Cemetery. A recording is available HERE  for those who knew and loved Jay and would like to partake.
