Janet Morrison

Janet Marie Morrison, 53, of Orem, passed away unexpectedly Sunday July 15, 2018. She was born April 9, 1965 to Charles Robert Jones and Carma Rae Shepherd. Janet married Jerry Morrison in 1984. They were blessed with a beautiful baby girl Amber Rae, then later divorced. Janet was blessed several years later with another baby girl Ashley Dawn.

Janet was a wonderful, loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and an amazing friend. She loved her family and friends dearly and loved to spend time with them. She loved to go on trips, singing, and to just have fun. Janet would always call to sing Happy Birthday to you on your birthday, a tradition she kept after her mother passed. She had a huge heart and was always willing to help however she could.

Janet is survived by her Grandmother: Mae Timmins, Brothers: Alan (Diane) Neeley and Kent Neeley, her two daughters: Amber (Andrew) Morrison and Ashley Bird, and her seven grandchildren: Derek, Wyatt, Christian, Natalie, Khloe, Tyson, and Riley. She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Carma.

A memorial service will be held Saturday July 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Sundberg Olpin Mortuary located at 495 S. State Street Orem, UT 84058. Janet’s favorite color was purple, we ask that if you have something purple to please wear it to celebrate Janet. Flowers or donations to the gofundme account is greatly appreciated.
