Bryant J Baxter, 57, of Eagle Mountain, Utah, passed away on June 23, 2025, at his home. His sudden passing has left his family, friends, and community heartbroken.
Bryant was born on March 3, 1968, to Judie Milano and Arvin Baxter. He spent his life in Utah, where he developed a love for the outdoors and a strong connection to his family. He could often be heard saying, “Family is the most important part of my life.” He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating, and he loved giving his kids and grandkids rides on construction equipment, taking them to the arcade or bowling, and watching movies together as a family.
For more than 30 years, Bryant worked in the construction industry as a business owner and tradesman. He took pride in honest work and passed that value on to his children. He was known for his quality craftsmanship and dedication to his clients. His work left a lasting mark on the local construction community.
He is survived by his children: Alexi (Alec) Anderson; Kody (Emma) Baxter; and Mason and Peyton Baxter. He is also survived by his mother, Judie Ard; his siblings: Tammy (Russell) Lloyd, Tracie (Ali) Merdassi, Jeff (Laurie) Hansen, Debbie (Bob) Schmidt, Chris (RobbiAnn) Baxter, Kevin (Martha) Baxter, and Jari Stokes; as well as his grandchildren: Benson, Calvin, Emery, and Easton. He was preceded in death by his father, Arvin Baxter.
Bryant will be remembered for his sense of humor, his love of the outdoors, and the time he spent with his kids and grandkids.
A casual memorial gathering will take place at Heritage Park in Cedar Hills (4444 W. 9860 N., Cedar Hills, UT 84062) on Saturday, July 12, at 11:00 AM, where all are welcome to share memories and celebrate his life.
